One of my favorite quotes is “Dream It, Believe It, Achieve It.”
In order to expand your reach, impact more people, and achieve big things, you need to believe in yourself and I believe that you need to start with a dream. It may appear as a well-thought out plan, but that isn’t always the case. But you need to be able to visualize what you want to achieve, and then believe that you can do it.
As I watch the Blind Auditions on The Voice, I see that dream coming to fruition for so many people. For some it is more immediate, but for others, they needed to continue to believe in what they could achieve, and never give up.
To paraphrase one of the statements mentioned tonight, “The world is full of 2nd, 3rd and 4th chances… never give up on your dream!”
